Dr. Rachelle Kaye has been at the forefront of healthcare innovation for over 40 years. She was among the pioneers in the United States in Quality Assurance in healthcare and worked with medical organizations as well as the Federal government. Joining the second largest Health Plan in Israel , as Deputy Medical Director and Senior Aide to the CEO, she was a major force in healthcare services development and the digitization of healthcare and led both the strategic planning process as well as promoting health services research. She established and directed the Maccabi Institute for Health Services Research which was an active participant in international collaborations. Today she provides consulting services to both Israeli and International healthcare systems and organizations.
